After cookery and oenology classes, mixology workshops are also on the programme this year
The new season at the Méridien Beach Plaza is an invitation to discover all kinds of taste experiences.
In addition to the cookery and oenology classes, which will begin again in September, mixology workshops are now offered (the art of cocktails).
The classes are held each week at the restaurant or the Intempo bar. Groups are kept small to encourage interaction and are a great opportunity to make some new discoveries.
The Second Head Barman of the Intempo, Yohan Loustaud, is a newcomer on the Méridien Beach Plaza's programme of creative workshops. He specialises in combining flavours and mixtures to create amazing cocktails.

Followed by classes on 8 and 22 October, 5 and 19 November and 3 and 17 December.
Jimmy Desrivières has been head of the kitchens at the "Intempo" and "Muse" restaurants since 2009. He has created a range of inventive recipes with a blend of flavours, which can be easily prepared and are within the scope of any food lover.
12 and 26 September: Tartare of salmon with herbs, black radish and ginger salad and wasabi vinaigrette
10 and 24 October: Roast cannon of lamb with marjoram, panisse chips and crunchy fennel
7 and 21 November: Roast scallops a la plancha, parsnip mousse with Tahiti vanilla and citrus sauce
5 and 19 December: Terrine of lightly cooked foie gras, apple and raisins
For almost ten years, Head Wine Waiter Dominique Milardi has been advising guests at the "Intempo" restaurant and sharing his passion for the world of wine. Dominique represented the Principality of Monaco as a candidate in the latest Best Sommelier of the World championships in Tokyo and is a generous, eloquent ambassador. Wine waiter and barista Serge Depoisier won the Taste of Discovery Challenge in Trieste in 2012, a competition initiated by the Méridien and Illycaffè.
