Herculis Celebrates its Title of 2015 Best Meeting in the World
Monaco, Friday 27 November 2015 - H.S.H. Prince Albert II, President of the Monegasque Athletics Federation (FMA), and his staff, welcomed sixty or so guests to the Fairmont Hotel to celebrate the Herculis 2015 meeting being ranked first in the world. This title, which has been awarded for the second consecutive year, makes the Monegasque meeting one of the leading events in world athletics. The 17,987 spectators who were present at the Louis II Stadium on 17 July 2015 witnessed the 1,500m women's world record and an outstanding men's 1,500m race.
At this cocktail party, the FMA wished to thank its partners, who were essential to the meeting's success. Other major companies from Monaco and the Côte d'Azur were also invited, and had the opportunity to find out more about this spectacular, festive meeting, which takes place in mid summer.
The next Herculis meeting will take place on 15 July 2016 at the Louis II Stadium in Monaco.
