Monaco's Promotional Campaign in the Middle East

Monaco Tourist and Convention Authority held a roadshow in the Middle East in May with its hotel partners.



As a follow-up to the DTC's presence at the Arabian Market trade fair in Dubai, the Director-General of Monaco Tourist and Convention Authority, Guillaume ROSE, accompanied by JC Messant, Pascal Camia, Sergio MANGINI and Manuel de Vasconcelos, Director of the Métropole, the Hermitage, the Monte-Carlo Bay and the Méridien Beach Plaza respectively, gave promotional presentations and held individual meetings in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha et Riyadh.

At these presentations of the destination and its hotels, the hotel managers were able to meet tourism specialists and the media and tell them about the dynamism of the Principality.

To make the most of this trip, the DTC initiated a publishing partnership with Lonely Planet Traveller and a 12-page supplement in the Brownbrook magazine to raise awareness of "Destination Monaco" and give Monaco more visibility in the Emirates over the long term.
