Columbus, the Oceanographic Museum and Novotel have recently obtained their “Monaco Welcome” certification

The award of the “Monaco Welcome Certified” label recognises, rewards and supports the quality of the welcome offered in the Principality, and means that customers can be assured of a “Made in Monaco” approach. A number of criteria have been identified: welcome into premises, in-person welcome, telephone welcome, accessibility and quality of exterior, and measures aimed at improving the quality of the welcome. Those who are certified undergo an on-site monitoring procedure carried out by mystery visitors.

The Columbus Monte-Carlo has been certified after meeting the established standards. The Columbus wanted to participate in the initiative in order to reflect a positive image of the establishment and develop client loyalty. The certification is part of an ongoing process of improvement.

The Oceanographic Museum has also just achieved certification, proving the high quality welcome offered to the museum’s visitors.

Finally, Novotel Monte-Carlo has been awarded the “Monaco Welcome Certified” label in recognition of the excellence of the welcome it offers.

The “Monaco Welcome” certification is awarded for three years, with an evaluation and monitoring visit carried out during this period. The aim is to improve the welcome offered by public and private organisations.
