“Nature is alive, and from it springs culinary magic”
Marcel RAVIN, Executive Chef, Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort

This summer, discover the most beautiful terraces in Monaco:

Café de Paris: “a legendary setting”
Monaco’s famous “rendezvous” point at the heart of Place du Casino! Discover this brasserie, which dates back to 1900 and has Belle Époque stained-glass windows reminiscent of old-fashioned Parisian bistros.

Las Brisas at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort: “complete relaxation”
The perfect stop-off for a relaxed lunch with a panoramic view over the sea. Sundays feature the famous Summer Brunch, and don’t miss Summer Dining on Thursdays for a taste of Brazil.

Le Vistamar at Hotel Hermitage: “exceptional”
Opposite Monaco’s Rocher, overlooking the port with an extraordinary view, the terrace at this Mediterranean-inspired, Michelin-starred restaurant offers charm and a chance to savour unforgettable moments.

La Trattoria at Sporting Monte-Carlo: “a delight for the senses”
Alain DUCASSE created this stylish and authentic Italian concept, offering generous and delicious dishes with clear Tuscan influences.

La Pizzeria at Monte-Carlo Beach: “facing the sea”
On the edge of the Mediterranean, this Italian restaurant has a varied menu and offers authentic flavours. Try the famous “O Sole Mio”, voted the best pizza in the world.

Le Deck at Monte-Carlo Beach: “a taste of the good life”
Very popular for lunch with a delicious, Mediterranean-inspired menu and a dazzling setting next to the Olympic-sized pool. Enjoy the Marché des Saveurs and organic buffet every Sunday afternoon.

Salle Empire at Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo: “fine dining and elegance”
Sit back and admire the ballet executed by the head waiters as they offer service according to the greatest traditions while you enjoy an uninterrupted view of Place du Casino.

L’Hirondelle at Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo: “a light touch”
The panoramic terrace at the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo restaurant, where nutrition and flavour complement each other opposite the port and Rocher of Monaco, welcomes diners for lunch.

L’Orange Verte at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort: “food and fun”
“Food and fun” from Michelin-starred chef Marcel RAVIN is the order of the day, with specialities including tartares, salads and dishes from around the world, as well as a daily selection of pastries – also available to take away!

La Vigie Lounge & Restaurant at Monte-Carlo Beach: “between sea and sky”
Tucked away behind a pine forest, with only the sea visible on the horizon, La Vigie is a little slice of paradise nestled between sea and sky. This summer, the Dom Pérignon P2 at La Vigie lounge, at the heart of this secluded space, will offer the perfect spot to sample food and champagne pairings created by Paolo Sari.
