Monaco's Beefbar restaurant opens another branch abroad



The Beefbar has given its "showcase" restaurant in Monaco a makeover.
To reflect their commitment to their product, Beefbar asked the Monegasque architects from the m2 agency to create a design that would represent everything Beefbar stands for:  top quality, freshness, purity, refinement, simplicity and natural ingredients.  The concept is based on the very essence of good food, the best products and beautifully presented, unpretentious dishes.
A luxurious combination of fine materials was chosen to bring everything together – earth-coloured leather, wooden wall panels so black you'd think they were onyx, bronze and sumptuous amber light fittings.

Beefbar opens in Mexico

Building on its success in Monaco, and after Russia and Luxembourg, Beefbar has announced the opening of its latest restaurant in the legendary Camino Real Polanco Hotel in Mexico.
This new restaurant was designed by the prestigious Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta, and is the first Beefbar outside Europe.
It can seat more than 200 discerning guests, who can chose from unrivalled cuts of meat from the best meat producers in the world, mainly the United States. 
The restaurant will be run by Mexican chef Antonio Pacheco.
Eduardo Ymay, managing director of Camino Real Hoteles, stated, "We wanted a different kind of meat restaurant for this very special hotel, not just a traditional American steak house.
In addition to the incredible interior and amazing atmosphere, what makes the Beefbar really unique is the meat, which comes straight from the farm with no intermediary, as well as its own patented oven, which gives the meat a tasty, crispy exterior, while the middle stays tender and juicy.
The interior of the restaurant was designed by renowned architects Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet from M2, which has offices in Paris and Monaco.
