37th Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival

The best circus acts are coming to Monaco from 17 to 27 January 2013



The 37th Monte-Carlo International Circus Festival will take place from 17 to 27 January 2013.  The best acts will gather in the Principality to create some unforgettable moments – elephants, lions, horses, a major jockey act and an amazing trapeze act from North Korea, not forgetting high-class clowns and much, much more.

The "Open Door Circus Show," a free show inside the Big Top, will take place on Saturday 19 January from 2.30 pm to 4 pm (please note that there is a limited number of seats).

To close this circus season, Monaco will be hosting the 2nd "New Generation" Festival on 2 and 3 February 2013.  This is a circus competition for young circus artists.  15 international acts, circus performers, clowns and animals will compete in front of an international jury chaired by Pauline, the eldest daughter of H.S.H. Princess Stéphanie, for the Junior Gold, Junior Silver and Junior Bronze awards.
