A Menu by a Duo of Chefs at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo

From 29 to 31 March 2013, chefs Joannes and Mathieu will be cooking together at the gastronomic restaurant L'Argentin



Philippe Joannes, Best Artisan in France 2000 and Executive Chef at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo and Michelin-starred chef Xavier Mathieu, Master Chef of France and chef and owner of the restaurant "Le Phebus & SPA" in the Luberon, are combining their skill and their passion for food for the first time ever on three evenings, from 29 to 31 March 2013.

The chefs will both man the stoves at the gastronomic restaurant L’Argentin Monte Carlo and have joined forces to create a gourmet menu for the guests.
