Le Grill — the gourmet restaurant situated on the eighth floor of the Hôtel de Paris has just undergone a revamp described as simple yet stimulating.

The Monte-Carlo SBM group has updated the décor in Le Grill. Under a now white ceiling, the main colour —midnight blue — reflects the elegant simplicity of the restaurant’s culinary philosophy. Stripes in various shades of blue are in perfect harmony with the motifs on the thick carpet.

An iconic ADDRESS in Monte-Carlo for more than half a century, Le Grill is appreciated enormously by its very loyal clientele. It is the ideal place for business lunches and romantic dinners, affording fabulous views of Monte-Carlo, the opera house, the harbour and the Mediterranean. Its sliding roof is hugely popular with diners during the balmy days of summer; it guarantees a magic ambience under the azure skies at lunchtime and wonderful dinners under the stars at night.

Sisteron lamb, locally-caught sea bream, chanterelle mushrooms in June, purple artichokes… the menu spotlights delicious first-rate produce from around the Mediterranean. Visible from the dining room, the rotisserie is a must and offers the finest spit roasts. As for the desserts, the famous soufflée — available in eight flavours — has reigned supreme since 1898.
