Celebrating the Logoscope's 18th Anniversary: Act II

A new work by Mimoza Koïke, Bruno Roque and Agnès Roux, "Révolution Agraire" ("Agrarian Revolution"), will be performed at the Variety Theatre on 10 April 2015

"Révolution Agraire" immerses the audience in the poetic world of peasant farmers who are gourmet cannibals.

It is presented in a multidisciplinary format by the Logoscope's theatre arts and visual arts platforms.  It combines the know-how, spaces and timing of an exhibition with those of dance theatre.

With a touch of humour, the account of this experience is a reference to the introductory text of a work by Roland Topor, "La Cuisine Cannibale" ("Cannibal Cuisine"), published in 1970, in which he writes, "What is the human race if not a livestock farm 'left fallow'?"
