A restful night in a double room with a view of the sea or the garden is followed by a substantial vitamin-packed buffet breakfast on the roof terrace at the Horizon restaurant overlooking the sea.  Then it's time for a 90-minute massage at the Willow Stream Spa in a wonderful double suite – choose between:  "Reflets d'Indigo" (Indigo Reflections)(specially for men);  "Reflets de Magenta" (Magenta Reflections);  "Reflets de Cyan" (Cyan Reflections) followed by 30 minutes of Jacuzzi for two - get together for a chat, enjoy a 30-minute pedicure and extend the sense of well-being right down to your toes!

To prolong the benefits of these treatments, you can spend the rest of the day lazing around the swimming pool, or, for those who prefer the more energetic aspects of getting back into shape, in the fitness room.
