Situated in the heart of the Cercle d'Or area, the new Buddha Bar exudes an air of serenity in the Place du Casino



The Buddha bar is Monte Carlo SBM’s new bar. 

The bar is situated in the heart of the Cercle d’Or, and will appeal to lovers of Asian-style food and a musical lounge bar ambiance.

The Buddha bar, which is situated in a former concert hall built at the beginning of the 20th century, is very characterful.  Wonderful period woodwork was unexpectedly discovered during the renovation works, and has been restored.  The Asian-inspired restaurant can serve 150 covers on the mezzanine, with up to 20 guests in the private salon.  The lounge bar on the ground floor is the ideal place to make the most of summer evenings, sipping a cocktail with a sushi – all with the Buddha bars’ own special ambiance, a subtle blend of lounge and world music.

For the inauguration of the Buddha bar, a plaque was officially unveiled by HSH Prince Albert II and HRH the Princess of Hanover to name the Allée François Blanc, in homage to the founder of Monte Carlo.

The Buddha bar is open from Tuesday to Sunday inclusive from 7 pm to 2 am
