For Valentine's Day, L'Intempo is offering a special menu for people in love



L’Intempo restaurant at the Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel has announced its special Valentine's Day menu, imaginatively created by chef Jimmy Desrivières. 

Starter:
Mille-feuille of foie gras with spice bread, strawberry compote and ginger
or
Gillardeau oysters poached in Champagne, braised leeks and sabayon with Menton lemons

Main Course: 
Pan-fried rump of veal, carrot mousseline with mild spices, reduced jus with galanga
or
Fillet of wild sea bass coated in lavender honey and scattered with spinach shoots, Parisienne vegetables and citronella sauce

Dessert: 
"Pomme d’Amour" (toffee apple) with red berries, apple jelly and ginger, moelleux with crushed hazelnuts and Yuzu sorbet
or
Warm tart with 70% Guanaja chocolate, poached pear with vanilla, spice bread §ice cream and a caramel tuile biscuit

For drinks, just let yourself by tempted by the knowledgeable suggestions from the restaurant's wine waiters.
