As it does every year, Monaco Tourist and Convention Authority (DTC) held a meeting for its ten international offices
From 11 to 15 February 2013, Monaco Tourist and Convention Authority's ten representative offices abroad attended a meeting with the DTC's Director-General, Guillaume ROSE.
The programme was densely packed, setting out strategies to be implemented in the various markets to continue promoting the Principality internationally.
A successful team-building day was organised, thanks to the support of the Raising Stones agency, with a "treasure hunt," helped by a road book. This activity brought the Monegasque and foreign teams together and enabled staff from the international offices to find out about Monaco's advantages.
Numerous workshops were held with Monaco's partners, including incoming agencies, hotels and the Grimaldi Forum. These workshops were an opportunity to give an update on the destination's latest offers and innovations.
Working lunches and dinners at the Métropole, Fairmont and Novotel were an opportunity to appreciate the Principality's gastronomic diversity. The market hall in the Place d'Armes was privately hired and an authentic Monegasque atmosphere was created for an evening with Monaco's partners, with the support of the Mayor, Georges MARSAN.
In addition, the Monaco Philharmonic Orchestra gave a Valentine's concert in the Opéra Garnier, which offered all the participants a magnificent cultural experience.
