The Grimaldi Forum Monaco presents itself as the new conference area for the third millennium.
Boldly built on the sea front, at the heart of the Principality in a wonderful setting, it represents some 35,000sqm of floor space, ingeniously adjustable, allowing for any type of event including conferences, forums, conventions, seminars, product launches, exhibitions and even gala dinners and shows, to take place simultaneously in the most perfect harmony.

Equipped with the latest communication resources, the Grimaldi Forum Monaco has been designed as an avant-garde, flexible environment for events.

The vast expanse of luminous glass in the reception hall gives the entrance strength, balance and harmony. This unique venue has many large adjustable areas, integrated on several levels, providing a smooth flow of people due to its many accesses, escalators, service elevators and parking spaces.

The meeting rooms

Salle des Princes

1800 wood and red velvet seats: 1284 in the stalls, 516 on the balcony. A stage area of more than 1000 m2, directly accessed via Avenue Princesse Grace is reached using a scene hoist and service elevator. Ideal for organising business tourism related activities (conferences, conventions, general meetings, product launches, shows, etc.). The perfect acoustics given by the CARMEN® sound management and correction system also make it possible to host the grandest international artistic productions (concerts, operas, ballets, reviews, sneak previews for films, comedies, musicals, etc.). The Salle des Princes personifies the spirit of the venue, combining a long tradition of prestigious events with the technology of the 3rd millennium.

Salle Camille Blanc

The Salle Camille Blanc accommodates 402 people “theatre” style or 204 “classroom” style equally well. Perfectly proportioned, it provides an atmosphere conducive to work and concentration. The secret is not a question of size; this area is an example of an auditorium on a human scale, for discussing, communicating and being freely informed.

Salle Prince Pierre

A fully adjustable auditorium going from 802 seats in a “theatre” configuration to 378 in a “classroom” layout. The design is simple, the space functional. Combining comfort and effectiveness, the Salle Prince Pierre offers professionals the technical resources to meet their requirements for product launches and shows.

The eleven meeting rooms

They can be made into 22 distinct rooms, organised around a central space, with natural light and can accommodate between 50 and 220 people. Sound proofed and air conditioned; these meeting rooms can meet the most diverse requirements (seminars, workshops…). The arrangement of the rooms encourages reflection and exchanges. Here the event recharges its batteries.

Exhibition areas

The total surface area of some 10,000 m2 is spread over several floors (linked by escalators).

Espace Ravel

Its surface area of more than 4,205 m2 (including 2,500 under a 7.80 metre ceiling, without pillars) allows the installation of more than 195 9m2 stands for exhibitions and welcomes professional trade shows, gala dinners, plenary sessions, sporting events and more. An area with complete natural light (with blinds) and open to the sea, it is perfect for the organisation of product launches or cocktail parties for 3,000 people with plenty of opportunity for stage facilities. The escalator connecting it to the Espace Diaghilev makes it possible to run large scale exhibitions.

Espace Diaghilev (lower level)

With a separate entrance from the esplanade, it can accommodate more than 155 9m2 stands spread over an area of 3,900m2. Its special atmospheric monitoring system facilitates exhibitions for works of arts and gives it a more "cultural" nature. It also includes the Salle Nijinski with a capacity of 400 seats in theatre style, equipped with a technical control room and a pre-equipped theatrical room able to integrate 200 seats in retractable tiers.

L’esplanade Princesse Grace (1700 m2)

Opposite the Mediterranean Sea, the Esplanade Princesse Grace, located between the Japanese Garden and the doors of the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, is an ideal place for receptions or open air exhibitions.

La Grande Verrière (2 000 m2)

In addition to the mobile reception banks, cloakrooms, box office and other information points, it can accommodate, in optimum lighting conditions receptions of more than 500 guests.

The foyers of the Camille Blanc, Prince Pierre and Salle des Princes auditoriums

(meeting and coffee break areas) offer additional areas for the presentation of posters, for example.

The meeting room foyers

With heights varying from 2.25 m to 3.75 m, these provide a surface area of 1,500 m2 for, among other things, the exhibition of scientific works, or coffee breaks.

Relaxation and eating areas

  • Located on the first upper level and accessible directly from the grand entrance hall, Karé(ment) has been designed for relaxation and meetings. This tapas bar open to the public has diverse menus and offers a terrace overlooking the sea among other things.
