Beaches & Swimming Pools
The main public beach is the Larvotto Beach. Private beaches are at the Monte-Carlo Beach Club or the Beach Plaza Sea Club. There is also a choice of several swimming pools: the Rainier III Swimming Pool, the Prince Albert Swimming Pool in the Louis II Stadium in Fontvieille, or the swimming pools in the grand hotels of the Principality.
Deep-Sea Diving
The Diving Club of Cap d'Ail (right outside Monaco) organizes diving sessions (Phone: +33 4 93 78 31 74).
Fitness
You can exercise at the Physical Beauty Center (Phone: +377 93 30 23 35), the Columbus Tonus Center (Phone: +377 93 25 03 27), or the Monte-Carlo Gym (Phone: +377 93 25 85 58).
Golf
The Monte-Carlo Country Club is located on the lower slopes of Mont Agel, at 810 meters above sea level. There is a panoramic view of the Principality, the Cote d'Azur and the Italian Riviera; it is an 18-hole, par 71 golf course open everyday (Phone: +33 04 93 41 09 11).
Miniature Golf
A mini-course is available all year long in Princess Antoinette Park (Phone: +377 93 30 63 87).
Jogging
A signposted track of 1,370 meters long is available to runners. Also, the "Vita" fitness track is a 2-km track situated in an olive grove with 20 stations along the course with physical exercise equipment. Both are open everyday and are free.

Scooter

Ski
Heli Air Monaco (Phone: +377 92 05 00 24) organizes day trips to the Alps, bringing you to ski stations such as Isola 2000, Chamonix, Courchevel, or Alpes d'Huez.
Soccer
Monaco is one of the most prestigious soccer teams in Europe that plays in the French Soccer League. AS Monaco was founded in 1924, turning professional after the WWII.
They have enjoyed success every decade since its formation. With 7 league titles and five French Cups under its belt, Monaco is one of France's most successful and popular club teams. Their greatest achievement is reaching the 1992 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup final.

The Monte Carlo Squash Racket Club (Phone: +377 92 05 42 22) has 4 courts and is open all year long. You can also contact the Monte-Carlo Country Club for an additional court.
Tennis
The Monte-Carlo Country Club, where the International Open Championships take place, has 22 clay courts. The Tennis Club (Phone: +377 93 30 01 02) offers 13 tennis courts.
Water Sports
Jet skiing, water skiing, para-sailing kiting, wind surfing are available at the Monte Carlo Beach Club from April to October (Phone: +33 04 93 78 21 40).
The Monte-Carlo Country Club (Phone: +33 04 93 41 30 15) offers access to 22 tennis courts, a swimming pool (May through October), Sauna, Jacuzzi, Fitness, Squash, Golf practice, Billiards). For SBM Gold Card members, the day price per person is reduced to 50%. Visit their web site www.mccc.mc.
