The Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo - Best Spa Treatment 2013
19/03/2013 Relaxing & Well beingThis spa, which belongs to the Groupe Monte Carlo SBM, has just won an award in the Spa Client Satisfaction Competition, held for the fifth time at the International Spa and Beauty Exhibition
Following an analysis of customer satisfaction questionnaires completed by clients who had received treatments at 65 different spas in France and Monaco at the beginning of 2013, the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo was awarded first prize.
This simple and effective concept is based entirely on the "Qualitelis" measurement tool. Qualitelis are experts in measuring and analysing customer satisfaction in the sectors of hotels and catering, spas and events.
