Learn how to prepare a Chef's recipes, taste a Grand Cru wine or make creative cocktails – that's what the staff of this Monegasque hotel are offering. A multitude of tips and tricks, so you can impress your family and friends!



Cookery Workshops

Jimmy Desrivières, who has been heading the "L'Intempo" and "Muse" restaurants since 2009, will share his favourite recipes.
Duration 90 mins, followed by a tasting.

27 February:  Fish cooked in a bouillabaisse, with rouille and garlic croutons
13 and 27 March:  Medallions of veal with Parmesan, crushed tomatoes, artichokes and green asparagus, with sage jus
10 and 24 April:  Prawns roasted a la plancha, sweet potato mash with curry, and seafood sauce with coconut milk
8 and 22 May:  Roast rack of lamb with a herb crust, stewed trumpet courgettes and courgette flowers in tempura
5 and 19 June:  Traditional beef tartare, ceviche of sea bass, kaffir lime and passion fruit vinaigrette

Oenology Workshops

Duration 60 mins.  At 7 p.m. at the L’Intempo restaurant.

For more than ten years, Head Sommelier Dominique Milardi has been sharing his passion for wine with guests of the "L'Intempo" restaurant.  Dominique represented Monaco at the Best Sommelier of the World competition in 2013 in Tokyo, and often represents the Principality abroad.  In 2012, Serge Depoisier, Sommelier and Barista, won the Taste of Discovery Challenge awarded by Andrea Illy.
Duration 60 mins.  At 7 p.m. at the L'Intempo restaurant.

Mixology Workshops
Yohann Loustaud is a mixology specialist.  He will be dispensing advice and knowledge every Tuesday, so you can learn how to create cocktails that look as good as they taste.
Duration 60 mins with a tasting.  At 7 p.m. in the bar of the L'Intempo.
