Week-end piano à Monaco
Dans le cadre du Festival Printemps des arts 2017, le piano célébré tout un week-end à Monaco
Ce week-end la Principauté de Monaco est au son du Piano. Après une rencontre consacrée aux « Instruments de torture pianistiques » et animée par le musicologue David Christoffel, deux récitals seront proposés au public à l’Opera Garnier, interprétés respectivement par Ivo Kahanek et Jean-Efflam Bavouzet.
Le samedi 25 mars, c’est à l’Auditorium Rainier III (Grimaldi Forum) que se tiendra une rencontre autour du thème « Les siffleurs de concerto » animée par l’historien Etienne Jardin, et suivie d’un concert allant de Mozart à Ligeti, avec toujours le Piano comme instrument central.
Enfin, dimanche 26 mars, c’est au Yacht Club de Monaco que se tiendra dans l’après-midi une table ronde réunissant Michel Decoust, compositeur, Pierre Chépélov et Frédéric Faupin, professeurs, et Christian Tourniaire, directeur de l’Académie de musique Rainier III, sur la question de l’enseignement musical aujourd’hui. Ce week-end « pianistique » se conclura par un concert d’œuvres de Beethoven interprétées par le pianiste Bruno Leonardo Gelber.

Piano week-end in Monaco
In the framework of the 2017 Printemps des arts festival, Monaco celebrates piano for a whole week-end
The principality of Monaco sounds piano this week-end. After a conference dedicated to “the pianistic torture instruments” chaired by the musicologist David Christoffel, two recitals will take place at the Opera Garnier, played by Ivo Kabanek and Jean-Efflam Bavouzet.
On Saturday, march 25th, at the Auditorium Rainier III (Grimaldi Forum) will take place a conference on “the concerto whistlers”, chaired by historian Etienne Jardin, and followed by a concert programming pieces from Mozart to Ligeti, still with piano at the center.
Finally, on Sunday, March 26th, at the Monaco Yacht Club, a round table gathering Michel Decoust, composer, Pierre Chépélov and Frédéric Faupin, professors, and Christian Tourniaire, Director of the Musical Academy Rainier III, will discuss the “teaching music today”. This piano week-end will be concluded by a Beethoven program concert, played by pianist Bruno Leonardo Gelber.
