A ballet in two acts based on the work by William Shakespeare

"La Mégère Apprivoisée" ("The Taming of the Shrew"), a large-scale ballet created by Jean-Christophe Maillot in 2014 for the Bolshoi Theatre Ballet, received no less than 3 Masque d'Or awards (for the best choreographic show, best female role and best male role).

This show, which is now being performed all over the world, is returning to Monaco, this time reappropriated by Jean-Christophe Maillot for the dancers of the Ballets de Monte-Carlo.
