12th Monaco Classic Week – La Belle Classe
Monaco is bringing its maritime history alive with five days devoted to "The Art of Living at Sea"
From 9 to 13 September, Monaco Classic Week will once again be hosting all that's best in classical yachting, from the smallest steam boat, formerly the tender to a prince's yacht, to luxurious regatta sailing ships and comfortable motor yachts decorated with precious woods and collectors' items – real luxury floating homes.
Monaco Classic Week was first created in 1994 in the former clubhouse on the Quai Antoine 1er. This year, it will be extra special - more than a hundred yachts will be moored at the YCM Marina and alongside the quays of the YCM's new headquarters.
There will be many different competitions throughout the week, for example on the Quai de l’Hirondelle and at the YCM Marina. Opposite the spectacle provided by the yachts will be the Village, consisting of around fifteen exhibitors, including shipyards, marine craftspeople, artists, photographers, sculptors and antique dealers.
