Artgenève Exports its Art Fair Concept to Monaco
In addition to its fair in Switzerland, Palexpo SA has decided to organise an art fair in Monaco, with the aim of increasing its international visibility.
Artgenève, the contemporary and modern art fair, is now renowned by visitors and art professionals for its artistic maturity.
The first Artmonte-carlo will be held at the Grimaldi Forum Monaco from 30 April to 2 May 2016.
Artgenève stands out for its carefully chosen and limited selection from leading international galleries in a prestigious setting, complemented by a programme of high-level non-commercial exhibitions.
This idea of a fair on a human scale with a wide variety of artwork will be even more concentrated in Monaco – it will be host to around fifty galleries and ten or so non-commercial exhibitions. Some of the partners of Artgenève have already announced their support for the Monegasque project, such as Geneva watchmaker F. P. Journe.
