Chef Alain Ducasse is inviting 200 Michelin-starred chefs to an unique "summit meeting" from 16 to 18 November 2012

To celebrate his 25-year involvement with the restaurant, Alain DUCASSE wanted to invite the world's greatest chefs for a very special gastronomic gathering.

A large "pop-up" Mediterranean market will be held in the Salle des Etoiles on 17 November.  The 100 best products from the region – beloved by Chef Ducasse – will be showcased.  Ten chefs will be invited to reinterpret a dish of their choice in their own way at a live cookery event.

Many different activities, demonstrations and, of course, tastings, will be organized for the guests.

A gala dinner will be held on Saturday 17 November, to which Joël Robuchon, Michel Guérard, Danish chef Renné Redzepi, American chef David Chang, and Australian chef Tetsuya Wakuda have already been invited.
