Christmas Village and Skating Rink at Port Hercule, Monaco

Port Hercule will be celebrating the Holiday Season from 5 December 2012 to 6 January 2013



Visitors to the Christmas Village will be transported to "Santa's Travels" via a succession of colorful decors.  There will be chalets, rides and stalls selling delicious food.

The New Year's Eve celebration will be held in the heart of the Christmas Village on 31 December.  The traders, two DJs and families will celebrate the transition to the New Year with a fireworks display at midnight.

The skating rink will be open from 5 December 2012 to 3 March 2013.  The Rainier III Outdoor Swimming Stadium will be transformed into a skating rink when the Christmas Village opens.  A skating rink by day, go-karting on ice in the evening, and a not-to-be-missed show on ice on Saturday 22 December at 5 pm - "Le Noël de Princesse Sarah" ("Princess Sarah's Christmas") by the "Rêves de glace" Company, led by Sarah Abitbol, former female French figure skating champion.
