Easter 2013 at the Méridien Beach Plaza Monaco

On the menu is a gourmet buffet lunch, the famous chocolate fountain and an exciting Easter egg hunt for children in the gardens.

For Easter Sunday, there will be a traditional Sunday Lunch in the Mediterranean Room, with a warm family atmosphere.

On the menu of the appetising buffet created by the chef you'll find regional specialities, including locally-grown green and white asparagus, fougasse with pistou (foccacia with pesto), petits farcis niçois (stuffed vegetables), guinea fowl Fermière with Poivrade artichokes and Piedmont beef roasted in its own juices.

Great classics such as spit-roasted Easter lamb will also be on offer, along with a few culinary surprises, such as gourmet Easter boiled eggs with some interesting flavours.

A platter of fine cheeses will tempt your palate, followed by a selection of home-made desserts with a real palette of flavours – the sweetness of the chocolate fountain, into which you can dip marshmallows and macaroons;  crunchy chocolate eggs;  delicate cupcakes;  soft waffles and pancakes with Chantilly cream and the fruity flavour of smoothies and fruit kebabs.

Finally, there will be an Easter egg hunt in the gardens of the hotel, led by a dedicated team – guaranteed fun for young children, in a friendly atmosphere.
