The oenology courses by the hotels' sommeliers are continuing this summer



The courses are designed for small groups to encourage discussion, and take place in a friendly atmosphere with a live cookery demonstration by the L'Intempo restaurant.  They offer a complete introduction to the world of wine:  the history of wine tasting, the special characteristics of the vineyards, interesting anecdotes, how to match wines with food, blind tasting ... all the secrets of the art of wine will be revealed to you!

1 August:  the wines of the Jura
4 August:  Burgundy, Côte de Nuit region

15 August:  the vineyards of Corsica
18 August:  Rosés, the so-called "Saignée" and "Pressurage" methods
22 August:  matching food with wine – the main principles, rules of serving 25 August:  the art of wine tasting, sensory analysis
