Let's All Go to the Brasserie at the Columbus Monaco!

From 17 to 23 September, the Columbus Monaco is taking part in the "Tous au restaurant" ("Let's All Go to a Restaurant") promotion and is offering a "two for the price of one" menu deal.

The "Tous au Restaurant" promotion, which was initiated by Alain DUCASSE, is celebrating its third year.  This week-long event pays homage to the diversity of our culinary heritage - each restaurateur showcases a region, a type of cuisine, a passion and a particular kind of expertise!

The Columbus Monaco is taking part in this event from 17 to 23 September.

On the menu: 
Starter:  Escalope of pan-fried foie gras with figs and sweet and sour jus or gravlax-style Salmon with caviar and lemon condiment and toast
Main course:  Grenoble-style Cod with mashed potato or lightly cooked Iberian Pluma pork, risotto with piperade and Sherry jus
Dessert:  Rose-flavored light dessert or Sweet soup of strawberries and peaches, white chocolate espuma.

The menu does not include drinks and is only available in the evening from Monday 17 to Sunday 23 September 2012
