Moscow-Monaco by Train

From December 2011, the Moscow-Nice train will stop in the Principality.



Relaunched in fall 2010 by Russian Railways, the Nice-Moscow train has just celebrated its first anniversary.  Almost 6,000 passengers have taken it in the past 12 months.

It travels the 1,988 miles separating the banks of the Moskva from the Baie des Anges in 50 hours 23 minutes, crossing the borders of seven states.
This train offers second class, first class and Luxury carriages and can accommodate up to 130 passengers.  Travelers have two on-board dining cars at their disposal, serving European and Russian cuisine.

As from mid December, this train will be stopping for two minutes in the Monaco Monte-Carlo station.

It will also be possible to take the train for short distances.
