The Brasserie at the Columbus Hotel will reopen on Monday 5 March, following a complete renovation of the kitchens.
The kitchens have been entirely remodeled and new stoves have been installed, to make the kitchen area more functional.
The restaurant area has a fresh new look – it has been beautifully renovated and streamlined, keeping the brasserie style, while making it lighter.
As for food, there's a new menu and a bistro offer, which is changed every week.
