Song Qi, the First Gastronomic Chinese Restaurant in Monaco

Michelin-starred chef Alan Yau and the Monegasque Giraudi group are launching Song Qi in the Avenue Princesse Grace

Song Qi is the result of a gastronomic union between two enthusiastic restaurateurs, Alan Yau and Riccardo Giraudi.

Alan Yau, who is from Hong Kong, is internationally renowned for his Michelin-starred restaurants (the Hakkasan, with two Michelin stars, and the Busaba, Yauatcha Wagamama and Princi).

Riccardo Giraudi is Monegasque, and has already run several restaurants.  The Giraudi group, which has been specializing in the agribusiness sector for more than 40 years, has created the Monaco Restaurant Group, a company that already has six establishments in the Principality.

The menu at the Song Qi offers dishes to share, as is customary in China.  It represents Chinese culinary art and modern luxury, with a wine list that matches a wine to each of the dishes.
