"Grace, a Symbol of Change" in Monaco
"Grace, A Symbol Of Change" - three exceptional days celebrating an exceptional woman
For three days, from 14 to 16 September, the event "Grace, a Symbol of Change" will pay homage to Grace Kelly as Princess, actress and symbol of feminine elegance.
The programme will begin on the Friday evening with a tribute to "The Princess" with a gala dinner in the Salle Empire, Hôtel de Paris. This will be followed by a fashion show by American designer Jeff Garner, "Dress to Change the World." This unique collection, made entirely from organic materials, was inspired by the style of dresses worn by the Princess.
Saturday will be devoted to "The Actress" with a mini film festival hosted by Women Make Movies, followed by a screening of the classic film "To Catch a Thief," in the presence of Dennis Maguire, head of Paramount Home Media Distribution.
Finally, elegance will take centre stage on Sunday at the Deck, Monte Carlo Beach, with the first "Ladies & The City" Monte Carlo International Hat Contest, presided over by renowned designer Jimmy Choo.
An exhibition of classic cars will also be part of the day's programme.

The Ist International Hat Competition in Monaco
"Ladies & the City" are organising an international hat competition on 16 September as part of the event "Grace, a Symbol of Change"
Elegance will take centre stage at the Monte Carlo Beach's Deck restaurant on Sunday 16 September, the third day of the event "Grace, A Symbol Of Change," with the very first "Ladies & the City" International Hat Competition.
Sunday's programme will also include an exhibition of vintage cars.
This first hat competition will be presided over by fashion icon Jimmy Choo. It will attract participants and designers from all over the world, as well a fans of capelines, charlottes, faluches, hennins, bonnets, akubras, chapkas, berets, mantillas, bowlers, panama hats, boaters, Borsalinos, isicholos, tignons, doulis, etc., in every shape and form!
