The Monte-Carlo Opera Announces its 2015-2016 Season
The Opera's new season will feature today's leading singers in both well known and new works
The 2015-2016 season of the Monte-Carlo Opera looks exciting.
Leading singers (such as Bryn Terfel, Marcelo Alvarez, Eva-Maria Westbroek and Illdar Abdarazakov) will star in familiar and new works.
Note that Cecilia Bartoli will perform in "Norma."
During this season, four operas will be presented for the first time on stage at the Monte-Carlo: "La Wally," "Alcina," "The Gambler" and "Attila."
The repertoire will include works from the Baroque to the 20th century.
