Gastronomy Festival at Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel

The gastronomy festival will take place on 22 September with the theme “Regions: creation and tradition”


For the 2nd consecutive year, French Relais & Châteaux are coming together with others in the profession to celebrate gastronomy on Saturday 22 September.

In this way, Chef Paolo Sari proposes an affordable menu with the theme “Regions: creation and tradition”:

Raw and cooked artichoke carpaccio, aged Parmesan and parsley oil

Three styles of duck: Breast in orange sauce,

leg comfit with citrus pasta, foie gras flavoured with Campari

Autumn apple and pear delight

+ 1 glass of Côtes de Provence white, rosé or red wine
