A Michelin-Starred Chef for the Hotel Métropole Monte-Carlo's Odyssey Restaurant

On 8 June, Heinz Beck, one of the great names in international gastronomy, takes up his summer quarters at the Métropole

From June to September, Heinz Beck will be the distinguished guest of the Odyssey restaurant, with its "haute couture" setting designed by Karl Lagerfeld.  Joël Robuchon and his right-hand man Christophe Cussac invited him to create a "pop-up" restaurant on site to showcase his cuisine.

For Heinz Beck, the focus is on Italian dishes.  This renowned Michelin-starred chef has received the most prestigious awards throughout his career in recognition of his originality and creativity.

Every evening, with his cuisine of the sun, of Italy and the Mediterranean, Heinz Beck, in his masterful way, will bring alive the magic of this place.
