Stade Nautique Rainier III: swimming in seawater
On Port Hercule, the open-air pool at the Stade Nautique Rainier III boasts an Olympic-size pool of filtered seawater, heated to 27°C. In a diving mood? The pool features three diving boards measuring 1, 3 and 5 metres. For children (and adults!), there's a 45-metre-long slide to try out on a loop! Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy aquagym and aquabike classes, as well as free diving lessons (from age 8).
Open: early May to early October; opening hours : 9 a.m. to 5:40 p.m.
Centre Nautique Albert II: the pleasures of water
Part of the Stade Louis II multi-sports complex, this indoor pool is used for training, swimming lessons and competitions. Open all year round, the Centre Nautique Albert II offers an Olympic-size pool, an initiation pool (for children and aquagym classes) and a diving pit (1, 3 and 5-meter diving boards and apnea training). Perfect for splashing around or indulging in aquatic pleasures in fresh water heated to 28°C.

- Saturday: 1 pm - 6:30 pm
- Sunday: 8am - 1:30pm

Saint-Charles swimming pool: sport and relaxation
For a day of well-being in Monaco, the Saint-Charles pool is the place to be! Located on the upper floors of a Monte-Carlo building, it features an 18 m x 12 m freshwater pool heated to between 28°C and 32°C, 4 aquabikes and 1 gym. Numerous water sports activities are also on offer:
- Baby swimmers and prenatal swimming
- Aquagym, aquados, aquabike, aqua trampo fitness
- Water stretching
- Swimming lessons (children and adults)
- Aquaphobia treatment
- Aqua power + (intensive, for sporty adults)
- Aqua relax (gentle gym)
