Anahi Monaco

A setting steeped in history and emotion

The story of Anahi in Paris began in the 1990s, when Carmina Lebrero, a charismatic woman with a Latin temperament, transformed an old neighbourhood butcher's shop into a culinary haven. In 2017, Riccardo Giraudi breathed new life into the address, entrusting its renewal to the architectural duo Humbert & Poyet. Together, they preserved the raw, warm soul of the place, while adding a touch of contemporary sophistication.

In Monaco, this spirit lives on.

In a setting designed by Nice architect Cédric Capron, where raw elegance meets a hushed, cosmopolitan atmosphere, Anahi stands out as a confidential refuge for lovers of exceptional meats, vibrant atmospheres and shared moments.
