A tea room open all day!
Intimate and warm, Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo will be welcoming its customers to the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo patio from breakfast onwards, with a range of fruit dishes (acai bowl, chia bowl, fresh fruit platter, etc.), savoury dishes (avocado toast, egg muffin toast, salmon Bénédicte croissant, scrambled eggs, etc.) and, of course, sweet dishes (French toast, waffles, crêpes, pancakes, etc.). For lunch, try the club sandwich, the ham and hazelnut baguette with gherkins, or the Cedric Grolet salad. And what would a tea room be without a tea time? The afternoon will be devoted to this cultural reference, combining savoury creations and Cedric Grolet's signature pastries: Fleur Citron, Mangue, Fleur Vanille, Diamant Framboise, Cacahuète... and some new ones.
Those with a sweet tooth can extend the moment at home thanks to the boutique. Sharing cakes and cookies will delight the palates of those with a sweet tooth, not forgetting the inimitable trompe-l'œil fruits and flowers, as well as seasonal pastries, created especially for the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, and renewed according to the Chef's inspiration.
