Intimate and warm, Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo welcomes its customers to the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo patio from breakfast onwards, with a range of fruit (acai bowl, chia bowl, fresh fruit platter...), savoury (avocado toast, egg muffin toast, salmon Bénédicte croissant, scrambled eggs...) and sweet (French toast, waffles, crêpes, pancakes...) dishes. For lunch, treat yourself to a club sandwich, a ham and hazelnut baguette with truffled gherkins, or a Cedric Grolet salad. And what would a tearoom be without tea time? The afternoon will be devoted to this cultural reference, combining savoury creations with Cedric Grolet's signature pastries: Fleur Citron, Mangue, Fleur Vanille, Diamant Framboise, Cacahuète... and some new ones.
For those with a sweet tooth, the boutique is the perfect place to prolong the moment at home. Sharing cakes and cookies will delight the palate of those with a sweet tooth, not forgetting the inimitable trompe-l'œil fruit and flower designs, as well as seasonal pastries, created especially for Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, and renewed according to the Chef's inspiration.
