A family affair
A cuisine inspired by a singular story, that of Mireille Hayek, founder of Em Sherif, who honors her roots and excellence through an authentic approach. It is her daughter, Yasmina Hayek, who perpetuates the family story and officiates as Executive Chef at Em Sherif Monte-Carlo.
