A family history
A cuisine inspired by a singular story, that of Mireille Hayek, founder of Em Sherif, who honours her roots and excellence through an authentic approach. It is her daughter, Yasmina Hayek, who is carrying on the family tradition as Executive Chef at Em Sherif Monte-Carlo.
From Beirut to Monaco
Em Sherif Monte-Carlo is also opening up new horizons, respecting its roots while travelling. Inspired by tradition, the dishes are full of messages. Calligraphy adorns the smallest details with poetry. These delicately crafted pieces will sweep you away into a gentle Oriental dream.
