A cuisine inspired by a unique story: that of Mireille Hayek, founder of Em Sherif, who honours her roots and a commitment to excellence through an authentic approach. It is her daughter, Yasmina Hayek, who carries on the family legacy and serves as Executive Chef at Em Sherif Monte-Carlo.
