A new addition for the 2026 season, La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo offers an experience that is as elegant as it is sun-drenched, at the tip of the Monte-Carlo Beach peninsula. From 12 June, Italian chef Simone Zanoni will be celebrating a cuisine that is generous, refined and deeply Mediterranean, enhanced by fresh, seasonal produce. Delicate pasta dishes, starters to share, meat and fish combine to create a gourmet symphony with southern accents, enhanced by subtle jars of honey placed on the table. In a light-filled setting, amidst lemons, bees and Riviera flair, the restaurant invites guests to savour exceptional lunches and dinners in an atmosphere that is at once warm, musical and decidedly exclusive. |
