The Monaco International Motor Show – ecology, innovation, technology and prestige

The 1st Monaco International Motor show is an open-air event based on a unique concept that reinvents the traditional motor show.  It is part of a responsible, sustainable development approach, with a limited impact on the environment.  In the heart of the legendary Principality, in eleven very special venues, you will be able to see innovative ecological vehicles by prestigious manufacturers.  An electric shuttle service will be available, enabling you to travel around the city and visit the numerous stands at various convenient locations in the Principality.

The programme will be spread over four days, from Thursday 16 to Sunday 19 February 2017, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day.

A press conference will be held on Wednesday 7 December at 11 a.m. at the Automobile Club of Monaco.  The organisers of the show, Thierry Hesse and Nicolas A. Hesse, will give a general update three months ahead of the show on the organisation of this first event, partners, exhibitors, exhibition venues, activities, events, Forum, etc., and will answer questions from journalists.

1st Monaco International Motor Show

More than 50 manufacturers, prestigious partners, international media and 1000s of tickets sold - a success already!

From 16 to 19 February 2017, a new-concept Motor Show for a wide public will be held in Monaco for the very first time, under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco.

The open-air Show will take place in various iconic venues in the Principality, all interlinked by electric buses.  It will be host to the leading manufacturers in each sector – "innovation," "ecology" and "prestige."  A free app will be made available to visitors to help them travel around rapidly in town and make the most of the specific aspects of the Show.

To make it easier for visitors to travel to the Motor Show, special packages have been created with the hotels.  These include admission to the Show, travel, transfers, accommodation and related activities - an opportunity to make the most of the Show and the Principality in the best possible conditions and at the lowest cost.

Spread over several iconic places in the Principality, including the Prince's Palace, the Quai Albert Ier, the Grimaldi Forum and the Place du Casino, all linked by electric shuttle buses, the 1st Monaco International Motor Show (SIAM 2017) will be held mostly in the open air.

The latest innovations from fifty or so manufacturers, including Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Aston Martin, Bentley, Renault, Suzuki, etc.

What you can experience at the SIAM 2017

Test-drive electric, hybrid and prestigious vehicles, departing from various stands in Monaco, and for some lucky visitors, throughout the Principality.

The Electric Car Keynotes Forum, offered in partnership with the Albert II Foundation and the Grimaldi Forum (Bozio Room) on Friday 17 February 2017.  Manufacturers, equipment suppliers and mobility representatives will present their sustainable development strategy.

To make it easier for visitors to travel to the event, the SIAM has set up a partnership with Air France, Monaco Tourist and Convention Authority and hotels in the Principality.   Packages are available that include a transfer to Monaco, accommodation and related activities, enabling everyone to make the most of their stay, in line with their budget and their wishes!
