Art Monte-Carlo is an art fair that aims to establish a leading artistic platform for contemporary art, modern art and contemporary design on the Côte d'Azur, in order to meet the demands of the region's many collectors and art lovers.
When the art fair becomes an immersive experience
To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Art Monte-Carlo is inaugurating Salon Monte-Carlo, a new curatorial section designed by architect and curator Stefano Rabolli Pansera. Taking up residence in a space adjoining the Grimaldi Forum Monaco, Salon Monte-Carlo brings together contemporary art galleries, design studios and interior architecture workshops in a fresh take on the fair format.
Structured in distinct yet harmonious environments, Salon Monte-Carlo transcends the conventional model by creating an immersive experience where visual creations, objects and fittings interact in a coherent aesthetic and sensorial whole. This innovative approach reaffirms Art Monte-Carlo's ambition to be an art fair founded on the excellence of its curatorial selection, the elegance of its setting and the uniqueness of its approach.
Two fairs, one goal...
Like Art Genève, Art Monte-Carlo is distinguished by a demanding selection of renowned international galleries, presented in a carefully curated setting. The event is also enriched by a programme of special exhibitions, creating a dialogue between the art market and cultural institutions.
These two fairs, one opening the year of contemporary art fairs in winter in Geneva, the other taking place at the height of the summer season on the Côte d'Azur, connect two major artistic centres, rich in institutions and residences for collectors and art lovers.
