Parc Princesse Antoinette

An ideal park for children and teenagers in Monaco

Looking for a family activity in Monaco? Head for the Parc Princesse Antoinette and its many facilities for children and teenagers. The former can have fun in the many Playgrounds available to the younger ones: sandboxes, slides and swings line the paths.

The Parc Princesse Antoinette, which is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, offers special facilities for disabled children, including a saucer-shaped swing.

For older children and the more athletically inclined, there are a number of leisure facilities: ping-pong tables, two badminton courts (adaptable for tennis ball games) and an omnisport court for basketball and soccer occupy part of the park.

And every 15 minutes there's a tee-off on the 18-hole mini-golf course at the heart of the Parc Princesse Antoinette. For €5 per person (cash only), you can enjoy this fun, family-friendly variant of golf. You need to book a time slot in advance with the association La Boîte de Jeu, which can also privatize the mini-golf course for events and organizes escape games in the park on request .

Fauna and flora to delight both young and old

On sunny days, Parc Princesse Antoinette's century-old olive trees provide visitors with ample shade, for everyone's comfort. These trees are still producing olives, which are then pressed by a local mill and transformed into oil!

Over a one-hectare area, municipal gardeners tend the many shrubs, plants and flowers that provide visitors with a colorful backdrop typical of Mediterranean landscapes. These same gardeners contribute to the well-being of the park's permanent residents: the animals! Parc Princesse Antoinette is home to a mini-farm, where visitors can get up close and personal with rabbits, chickens, ducks, guinea pigs, sheep and goats. A real country atmosphere in the middle of the city!

A park that comes alive all year round

Like many of Monaco's establishments and public spaces, the Parc Princesse Antoinette follows the seasons and the Principality's cultural calendar to adapt its activities to each period. At Easter, for example, the garden comes alive with inflatable structures, games and creative workshops for children. Throughout the year, cultural and sporting events punctuate the life of the site, which can also draw on its fun/snack area, Le Cabanon des Jeux, to offer visitors a variety of activities (pétanque, wooden games, skittles, etc.) and a range of on-the-go catering options.
