Designed by Monegasque architect Jean-Michel Ughes, this white, transparent building, with a surface area of 3,640 m2 spread over 4 floors, is the workplace of the national councillors and their administrative team.
At first glance, the building stands out for its large glass windows and white lettering on the façade, on which the 1962 constitution (revised in 2002) has been engraved. A symbol of "the transparency of the parliamentary system". The Conseil National also wanted the building to be environmentally exemplary. Features include photovoltaic panels on the roof, wastewater treatment, selective sorting, and heat and water pumps.
