Designed by Monegasque architect Jean-Michel Ughes, this white, transparent building with a surface area of 3,640 m2 spread over 4 floors is the workplace of the national councillors and their administrative team.
What makes it special at first glance are the large glass windows and the white lettering on the façade, on which the 1962 constitution (revised in 2002) has been engraved. A symbol that reflects "the transparency of the parliamentary system". The National Council also wanted the building to be environmentally exemplary. This includes photovoltaic panels on the roof, waste water treatment, selective sorting, and heat and water pumps.
