THE FONTVIEILLE LANDSCAPE PARK – Fontvieille district The Fontvieille Landscape Park in Monaco is a green oasis situated by the sea. With its carefully tended varieties of roses and shaded paths, it is a romantic and peaceful place for a stroll. The Princess Grace Rose Garden is a floral tribute to the grace and elegance that characterised the princess.

Rainier III's Zoological Garden – Fontvieille district Rainier III's Zoological Garden is a captivating place where nature and wildlife come together harmoniously on the slopes of the famous Rock, overlooking the Port of Fontvieille. With its lush setting and some 300 animals, including one hippopotamus, it offers visitors an immersive experience at the heart of the animal world. Come and observe a fascinating variety of species, from lemurs to tortoises, many of which were taken in after being abandoned, or recovered following customs seizures or exchanges with other parks.

Le jardin de l'Unesco – Fontvieille district Overlooking the Port of Fontvieille, the jardin de l'Unesco represents a harmonious balance between nature and culture. Designed with Mediterranean plant species and contemporary artworks, including Alessandro Montalbano’s ‘Et le septième jour’ (1995), Antoine Bourdelle’s ‘Grande baigneuse accroupie’ and F.X. Lalanne (1992), it is an open-air exhibition. This garden is a peaceful and relaxing spot well known to locals who, when the warm weather arrives, enjoy spending their lunch break there to the enchanting sound of the many fountains.
