Monte-Carlo Beach

Starting with Monte-Carlo Beach, which has reopened its doors for the summer season with a new jewel in its crown. New for the 2026 season is La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo , at the end of the resort's peninsula. From 12 June, transalpine chef Simone Zanoni will delight guests' taste buds with his sunny, gourmet Italian cuisine.

The glamorous, modern Hotel is also home to Le Deck. This summer brasserie offers a fresh and creative menu overlooking the Olympic swimming pool and its iconic diving board.

For Michelin-starred cuisine, head to Elsa Marcel Ravin , awarded a Michelin Guide 2025. Facing the Grande Bleue and under the guidance of chef Marcel Ravin, the Monte-Carlo Beach restaurant offers a menu inspired by the marine world, where the delights of the sea harmonise with the treasures of the land.

On the other side of the building, Monaco will be vibrating to the rhythm of the Greek spirit with Maona Monte-Carlo , From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo, from 14 May. This festive restaurant promises a unique atmosphere with a fiery ambience, exhilarating DJ set and generous Greek cuisine. And from June, the lounge area will be decked out in a design by APM Monaco.

Monte-Carlo Beach is also thinking of its youngest guests with the Kids Club by Petit VIP. A vegetable garden, Oscars ceremony, sports tournaments, art workshops and open-air shows punctuate daily life in a setting designed as a veritable playground for discovery.

A little visit to the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort? From July onwards, the Las Brisas summer restaurant will be welcoming its guests for a sunny interlude in a lush green setting.

Coya Monte-Carlo

With its fusion cuisine in an enchanting setting, the Coya Monte-Carlo takes you to the heart of Latin America. Chef Victoria Vallenilla offers a menu with Peruvian flavours using Japanese, Chinese and Spanish cooking techniques. A festive and colourful atmosphere awaits you from April to October. Continuing along the Mediterranean, Le Méridien Beach Plaza also unveils its exclusive concepts. On the edge of the hotel's swimming pool and private beach, the summer restaurant Muse , which will open in June, promises delicious moments in the shade of the pine trees thanks to its setting and its Mediterranean specialities.

In the same spirit, La Plage & More returns to enhance sunny days with an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, designed as a real seaside interlude.

Le Méridien Beach Plaza also unveils a confidential new address with Sen , an exceptional Japanese setting designed as a speakeasy. Designed as an intimate and immersive experience, this restaurant celebrates the excellence of Japanese tradition under the direction of chef Hiroki Hiyama, in a hushed atmosphere where every detail invites you to travel.

Fairmont Monte-Carlo

As you approach the Monte-Carlo district and its legendary Casino, the Fairmont Monte-Carlo reveals its treasures nestled on its roof. Amù , which means love in Monegasque, is a tribute to Monaco and its local heritage. This culinary gem blends the flavours of the Italian and French Riviera.

The four-star establishment is also home to Nikki Beach. Overlooking the famous hairpin of the Formula 1 circuit, this exclusive address is immediately appealing. Here you can relax by the pool or party under the blue sky.
