Festival des étoilés Monte-Carlo: a not-to-be-missed event for gourmets

From April to October, immerse yourself in a unique culinary experience with a series of four-hands dinners, sure to delight the finest gourmets.

Organized by the Société des Bains de Mer de Monaco, Europe's most Michelin-starred resort, with 7 Michelin stars to its name, brings together four of Monaco's top chefs for an exceptional event. Together, they will concoct four-handed lunches and dinners, accompanied by prestigious guests, creating multi-starred duos fusing two culinary talents and visions.

On April 20, Chef Alain Ducasse kicked off the gastronomic festivities at Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris. Chef Emmanuel Pilon and his guest, Simon Rogan, Chef of L'Enclume in the UK, delighted guests with an exceptional lunch and dinner in the presence of the world's most Michelin-starred chef. On May 11, Chef Marcel Ravin invites you on a unique culinary journey at Blue Bay Marcel Ravin, the Monte-Carlo Bay's recently renovated restaurant. Accompanied by David Toutain, Chef and owner of the eponymous two-starred restaurant, the chefs offer a meal celebrating their shared love of nature and authentic produce, promoting sustainable gastronomy.

Dominique Lory invites you to join him on June 21 and 22 for a high-flying 6-course menu. For the occasion, the Chef of Le Grill restaurant at the Hôtel de Paris, invites Yoann Conte, Chef and owner of the two-starred La Table restaurant, for a fusion of their talents, with a focus on sharing. Chef Yannick Alléno, accompanied by Chef Richard Lee, head chef at Saison, invites you to the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo at the Hôtel Hermitage on September 14 and 15. On the menu are two dinners promising an explosion of flavors and surprises. This 4th edition will culminate in a gala evening in October 2024, bringing this culinary epic to a close. The four chefs will cook up a dinner of their signature dishes at the Hôtel de Paris. A fitting end to this Festival des Etoilés, promising a memorable and delicious evening.
