Monte-Carlo Beach
Starting with Monte-Carlo Beach , which has reopened its doors for the summer season and boasts a new gem. The big new addition for the 2026 season is La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo , at the tip of the hotel’s peninsula. From 12 June, Italian chef Simone Zanoni will delight guests’ taste buds with his sunny, gourmet Italian cuisine.
The glamorous, modern Hotel is also home to Le Deck. This summer brasserie offers a fresh and creative menu overlooking the Olympic-sized swimming pool and its iconic diving board.
For Michelin-starred dining, head to Elsa Marcel Ravin , recognised in the 2025 Michelin Guide. Overlooking the Mediterranean and under the guidance of chef Marcel Ravin, this Monte-Carlo Beach restaurant offers a committed menu inspired by the marine world, where the delights of the sea harmonise with the treasures of the land.
On the other side of the hotel, Monaco will be buzzing with Greek spirit at Maona Monte-Carlo , From Mykonos to Monte-Carlo, from 14 May. This lively restaurant promises a unique atmosphere with a vibrant vibe, an exhilarating DJ set and generous Greek cuisine. And from June, the lounge area will be decked out in a design by APM Monaco.
The Monte-Carlo Beach caters for younger guests with the Kids Club by Petit VIP. A vegetable garden, an Oscars ceremony, sports tournaments, art workshops and open-air shows punctuate daily life in a setting designed as a true playground and space for discovery.
Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort
Fancy a visit to the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort ? The Las Brisas summer restaurant will welcome guests, in a relaxed and light-hearted atmosphere, from July onwards, for a sunny break in lush green surroundings.
Coya Monte-Carlo
With its fusion cuisine in an enchanting setting, Coya Monte-Carlo transports you to the heart of Latin America. Chef Victoria Vallenilla offers a menu featuring Peruvian flavours, using Japanese, Chinese and Spanish cooking techniques. Discover it in a festive and colourful atmosphere, from April to October. Among the new features, reinvented private areas offer a discreet setting with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
Jimmy’s Monte-Carlo
Just a stone’s throw away, Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo is an iconic venue on the Monegasque nightlife scene. This temple of clubbing has plenty to offer to charm and delight its elegant international clientele.
Twiga Monte-Carlo
Twiga Monte-Carlo , another hotspot for partying, is a must-visit venue, boasting a sea-front location. Dining is available here: the elegant Vesta Fiorichiari serves up Mediterranean cuisine.
Le Méridien Beach Plaza
Continuing along the Mediterranean coast, Le Méridien Beach Plaza also unveils its exclusive concepts. Set beside the hotel’s pool and private beach, the summer restaurant Muse , which opens in June, promises delightful moments in the shade of the pine trees thanks to its setting and Mediterranean specialities.
In the same spirit, La Plage & More returns to enhance sunny days with an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, designed as a true seaside retreat.
Le Méridien Beach Plaza is also unveiling a new, exclusive venue with Sen , an exceptional Japanese retreat designed as a speakeasy. Designed as an intimate and immersive experience, this restaurant celebrates the excellence of Japanese tradition under the direction of chef Hiroki Hiyama, in a cosy atmosphere where every detail invites you on a journey.
Fairmont Monte-Carlo
As we approach the Monte-Carlo district and its legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo, the Fairmont Monte-Carlo reveals the treasures nestled on its rooftop. Amù Monte-Carlo , which means ‘love’ in Monegasque, is a tribute to Monaco and its local heritage. This culinary gem blends the flavours of the Italian and French Rivieras.
The four-star establishment is also home to Nikki Beach. Overlooking the famous hairpin bend of the Formula 1 circuit, this exclusive venue captivates from the outset with its location. Here, you can relax by the pool or party under the blue sky.
Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo
The five-star establishments also unveil their exceptional summer destinations, where guests can savour magical moments. At the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, Em Sherif Monte-Carlo blends Lebanese and Mediterranean influences for a subtle journey of the senses. A warm atmosphere to discover to the sound of live DJ sets with views of the Mediterranean.
Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo
Still five-star: the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo once again welcomes the talented chef duo Manon Santini and Rocco Seminara to bring ZIA at Odyssey , the magical space designed by Karl Lagerfeld, back to life. The venue by the hotel’s pool unveils a southern-inspired cuisine that celebrates freshness and lightness.
Mada Lounge
Just a stone’s throw away, the Mada Lounge will also be setting up its summer home in the Jardins des Boulingrins. Opposite the Casino de Monte-Carlo, the Mada One summer pop-up, conceived by chef Marcel Ravin, is the place to be for sipping cocktails with a DJ and live music.
The Jardin Belle Epoque by Perrier-Jouët
Another venue is setting up shop for the summer season. Nestled opposite the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo in the enchanting setting of Square Beaumarchais, the Jardin Belle Epoque by Perrier-Jouët reinvents the champagne experience by blending art, nature and refinement.
Amazonico Monte-Carlo
To enjoy an iconic view, head to Amazonico Monte-Carlo on Place du Casino. Located on the rooftop of the Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, this venue exudes a Latin-Brazilian atmosphere in a unique setting, complemented by creative cuisine.
La Rascasse
And since 9 April, La Rascasse , the legendary bar situated on the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit, has unveiled a new look and reinvented itself as a sports bar. True to its festive spirit and energy, the venue continues to bring the Principality’s nights to life with a lively atmosphere at Port Hercule.
