From April to October, treat yourself to a unique culinary experience with a series of four-handed dinners that are sure to delight even the most discerning gourmets.
Organised by the Société des Bains de Mer de Monaco, the European resort with the most Michelin stars – seven in total – brings together four Michelin-starred chefs from Monaco for an exceptional event. Together, they will create four-handed lunches and dinners, accompanied by prestigious guests, thus forming multi-starred duos that blend two talents and culinary visions.
On 20 April, Chef Alain Ducasse kicked off the gastronomic festivities at the restaurant Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris. To mark the occasion, Emmanuel Pilon, the restaurant’s chef, and his guest, Simon Rogan, chef at L’Enclume in the UK, delighted guests with an exceptional lunch and dinner in the presence of the world’s most-starred chef. On 11 May, Chef Marcel Ravin invites you on a unique culinary journey at Blue Bay Marcel Ravin, the recently renovated restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Bay. Joined by David Toutain, chef and owner of the eponymous two-Michelin-starred restaurant, the chefs will present a meal celebrating their shared love of nature and the authenticity of ingredients, thereby promoting sustainable gastronomy.
Dominique Lory invites you on 21 and 22 June for a six-course menu of the highest calibre. To this end, the Chef of Le Grill at the Hôtel de Paris has invited Yoann Conte, Chef and owner of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant La Table, to join him in a fusion of their talents, where sharing takes centre stage. Chef Yannick Alléno, accompanied by Chef Richard Lee, head chef at Saison, invites you on 14 and 15 September to the Pavillon Monte-Carlo at the Hôtel Hermitage. On the menu are two dinners promising an explosion of flavours full of surprises. The highlight of this 4th edition is the grand gala evening in October 2024, which will bring this culinary epic to a close. The four chefs will come together to prepare a dinner featuring their signature dishes at the Hôtel de Paris. It’s the perfect way to round off this Festival des Etoilés, promising a memorable and delicious evening.
